Open Run window(windows +R) and type cmd...Try This:<br />Open Run window(windows +R) and type cmd<br />A command window will open.<br />Navigate to that folder and type that command .<br />it might work..<br /><br />Or see if fastboot file is present in tools folder.<br />If not then see in platform-tools folder.
